We’ve been working with siding in winter for many years, and never experienced any issues, or decreased long term performance. Additionally, all of our roofs are backed by the same labor and material guarantees and warranties regardless of install temperature!
How long do roofs last?
There are too many variables to be able to give a clear answer, but on average, in Wisconsin, most older shingles should last roughly 20-25 years if properly installed and not impacted by storms. Newer shingles, however, carry limited lifetime warranties. This means, as long as you own that home, you should never need another roof.
