Roof Repair Services

Some of our most common roof repair requests. For the most accurate evaluation of your issue, please contact us for a free evaluation and estimate!

Chimney Flashings
If you have a chimney leak, many times it needs a new chimney flashing. While many contractors will use tar or store bought kits, we know that these don't last. All of our chimney flashings are custom bent to fit your chimney, and installed to ensure longevity into the future.
Pipe Boots
Vents and Pipes can often begin leaking if not installed correctly or due to age. Cracked pipe boots, improperly flashed or installed pipe boots can cause significant damage if left uncorrected.
Soffit / Valley Intersection Leak
If not done properly, this intersection can cause significant damage because it may not be detected for many years.
Missing Flashings
Flashings are critical in keeping water out. This commercial roof repair was the direct result of a contractor cutting corners.
Storm Damage
When a tree falls on your roof it can cause significant damage. This home in Winneconne, WI needed extensive repairs to make it like new.
Wall Flashing
Many times leaks develop where a roof meets the wall because of improperly installed flashing. Our highly experienced crew will find your leak, and more importantly stop it from reoccurring.
Skylight Replacement / Repair
If your skylights are leaking, we can investigate and replace the flashing and / or skylight.

F.A.Q.

Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please reach out! We’d love to be of assistance.

Can I replace my roof in winter? Is it better to wait until spring?

Absolutely!* — As long as you hire a trained winter roofing installer. Our foreman/owner has been installing roofs in Wisconsin winter for over 20 years. He knows what roof products are able to be used in winter to accomplish this successfully. We’ve never experienced any issues, or decreased long term performance. Additionally, all of our roofs are backed by the same labor and material guarantees and warranties regardless of install temperature!

How long do roofs last?

There are too many variables to be able to give a clear answer, but on average, in Wisconsin, most older shingles should last roughly 20-25 years if properly installed and not impacted by storms. Newer shingles, however, carry limited lifetime warranties. This means, as long as you own that home, you should never need another roof.

What are the most common reasons for a new roof?

1. Roof Leaks – We offer roof repairs as well as roof replacement because often times, a roof’s life can be prolonged with repairs. We’ll be honest with you. While many contractors will sell you a new roof, if we can fix the issue and delay that replacement we will absolutely offer that first!
2. Storm Damage – Hail Damage, Wind Damage, Tornados and other weather events all can damage your roof’s integrity.
3. Age – Older shingles last 20-25 years. New shingles offer you a limited LIFETIME warranty. If you’re past the 25 year mark, it’s definitely time to be budgeting for that new roof!

My Roof Is Leaking -- Do I need a new roof?

We’re happy to give honest evaluations. Repairs are typically significantly cheaper in the short term. Occassionaly, it can be more cost effective to replace the roof. We are happy to provide both options so you can make the best decision for you and your home.

How do I know I have hail damage?

A qualified roof contractor should inspect your home if you have been impacted by recent hail. This damage typically cannot be seen from the ground, and without proper training it is often difficult to decipher hail damage from other potential shingle defects.
