We are very pleased with the quality of work Joel and his crew performed on our roof, siding and the transition line. The communication with Carolyn prior to the work and Joel on site, while we were on vacation, was reassuring. They explained what they needed to do, and why. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Nothing short of an incredible service. Everything went extremely smooth, from the initial estimate, to the crew arriving, to the completion of work performed. Communication was a breeze, Carolyn was a text message away. The foreman, Joel, was extremely knowledgeable and has decades of experience with roofing, he truly is an expert at his craft. I will be using their service in the future and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!!

I would definitely recommend Flash roofing. I was under a tight timeline and they worked with me to get job done . My experience with them not only met but exceeded my hopes and expectations.

Wasn’t very impressed. The lady who came to give me a quote showed up 15 minutes late and never apologized/acknowledged that she was late. I had a ladder set up so we could go on the roof to look at the problem I’m having and when asked if she wanted to go check it out, she told me she didn’t wear the right shoes (she had open toed sandals on) to go up on a roof. We therefore looked at the flashing issue that’s near the peak of my roof from my backyard. Won’t be moving forward with them.

Carolyn, Joel, and crew were all great! A storm unexpectedly ripped a large chunk of shingles off our roof. Carolyn was out the very next morning, just hours after I first called, to give her opinion on replace vs repair. We ended up going with the full replacement after listening to Carolyn’s professional opinion and learning we had likely substantial insurance coverage for a replacement. Joel came out later the same day to put a temporary tarp over the damage. Carolyn spent significant time helping us determine the new roof shingles over a couple weeks and the Flash crew replaced our roof within a few weeks of the initial damage. The time, care, responsiveness, attention to detail, kindness, and diligence of the whole team from start to finish was exemplary!

Great company! They came and fixed a hole in my roof and then went above and beyond to do additional maintenance on the vents and replaced some unexpected water damaged wood for me. Added a vent for my overhead exhaust system. Definitely will be using them again for my other rental properties in the area. They were great.
